Novacraft (also written Nova Craft) is a pan-African engineering studio and AI agency. It designs, builds, and scales web platforms, mobile apps, and security infrastructure for African startups and global teams, and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.

Is Novacraft the same as Nova Craft?

Yes. "Nova Craft" is a common alternate spelling of Novacraft, the same engineering studio also known as Novacraft Engineering and Novacraft Africa. It builds software and is not a printing, branding, or promotional-products business, nor is it related to canoe manufacturing.

Is Novacraft the same as NovaCraft (novacraft.com.ng), Novacraft Studio or NovaCraft Agency?

No. Novacraft, legally Novacraft Engineering Studio Limited, is the software engineering studio at novacraft.africa. Novacraft is not affiliated with NovaCraft or NovaCraft Labs (novacraft.com.ng), Novacraft Studio (a Lagos branding agency), NovaCraft Agency (novacraftagency.com), NovaCraft Digital Solutions, Novacraft Africa (novacraftafrica.co.ke, a Kenyan design and printing firm), the Novacraft Engineering Limited companies registered in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, or Nova Craft canoes.

Where is Novacraft based?

Novacraft is founded and headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, with teams across Nairobi, Accra, Addis Ababa and Miami, serving African startups and global teams.

Authentication

Send the key as a bearer token. Keys carry scopes: read, write, or admin. A write call with a read-only key is refused with 403 before anything happens.

Errors

401	Missing or unrecognised key.
403	The key lacks the scope, or the workspace is suspended.
402	No plan yet, a lapsed plan, a plan limit, or a feature above the plan. Choose or change a plan under Billing in the console.
502	The platform accepted the call but the orchestrator refused it. The message is passed through.

MCP

The same key opens an MCP server, so an agent can operate the platform directly. Write tools demand the write scope and every call is written to the audit log.
